Each time a KTM batch class is published, the current version of the KTM project is copied to CaptureSV\PubTypes\Custom. This utility will detect projects that are no longer needed and move them to location folder where they can be archived or deleted.
This is no longer be needed as of Capture 9.0.3.8 or 10.0.1. You should upgrade rather than use this utility.
