I sorta want to finish the series before seeing T4, but then I sorta think the series is just so-so. I like the people in it though.

Aww... does this mean Charlie can be a more active character now?

Ooo... Summer gets to play a normal girl for a while. Well a small bit closer to normal anyway.

That was a good episode. This show is constantly brutal to John. "He died for you. We all die for you." Also though, a little more of SkyNet trying to take out something other than John. Like, "Gee we have a time machine... there's probably more than one way to accomplish our goal."

Can't think too hard because there are too many problems with the concepts of AI with a time machine... but things are getting more interesting. Also... watched this at work with my phone's bluetooth headset... the only way I might be able to finish the series before the movie comes out.

Ooo, a terminator who doesn't "believe" the same as SkyNet.

Fun episode. I enjoyed the different perspectives style. The fact that I am enjoying the series more sadly coincides with just hearing it will not have a third season.

Cool thing with Derek. Glad to see a series based on time travel finally acknowledge people from different timelines, rather than portraying the future as a consistent place to go back and forth from. I'm interested to see what Ellison will do as well.

She broke a mirror at the end of the episode... probably why the series got canceled.

That was a pretty fun deviation from the norm. The Triple 8 having to do all of that to ensure things were as they should be in the year when he meant to arrive... hiding behind the wall ready to go in 1920 gangster style... Cameron almost kinda had a friend...

Oops, I just realized I only started to watch episode 11... I'll have to go back to that. No John in this episode. Cameron killed a human which she appeared to have mistaken for a machine... doesn't seem like there should be any way that would be possible. But hey I said I needed to not think about contradictions too much if I was going to watch this show.

John Henry wants to know why god didn't use more efficient joints in humans... Oh noes, Reilly...

Baby SkyNet has access to the interwub... The thing with Kyle was cool since I had just seen T1 for the first time recently, so all of the lines they used directly were fresh in my mind.

This played very much like an X-Files episode.

An okay little "what is real?" plot...

Oh noes! Jesse making some progress on being evil... Cameron acknowledging she's some sort of broken...

"Keep this line open" and "Maintain radio silence"?? Does that make sense?

If there had been more episodes like that earlier on they could have kept going. The music near the end was cool. I like that they finally bringing into the story the fact that the characters we see now are already different than the future they have been told about... And the mention of Andy Good. Also, "Tell John Connor the answer is no." Pretty cool.

So if John SkyNet Henry is being infected by a worm, does that mean he is being infected by future SkyNet, or is this the natural, Non-Weaver SkyNet of "present day" in the lead up to J-Day? Also, if the series weren't going to end I'd be bummed that Charlie wasn't going to have a role again.

Brutal. Abrupt for Derek. Good episode, but makes it seem less likely they didn't know the series was going to end. I <i>thought</i> it wasn't decided until after this season had finished airing.

Wow. Bummer on this being the end. I would have loved to see where they went with this. It looked like we were going to get to have a story arc in the future with alternate timeline Derek, human Cameron, possibly Kyle as the leader of the resistance, and a future where no one knows John Conner. Another blue lightning and Sarah's "I love you too" suggested she would still be there somehow. And then Weaver and John Henry were in the future too, but the implication was that she was the one from the sub in the future. The whole "Will you join us?" thing was pretty cool.

Series comment:
If this series had ended after the first season, I would have said it was a nice single arc and not missed it. If it ended after half of the second I would have said it deserved to end... but the second half of the second season was really cool and I really would have liked to see what they were going to do with some of the elements which they had set up.
I watched the whole second season in the week leading up to seeing T4. Halfway through that week I heard they were not renewing the series for a third season.
